I went from physically hurting every few month to getting my body healed from long lasting injuries, to being able to calm most pain through breathing exercises, to getting myself stronger with yoga and to preventing sickness through saunas, ice baths, essential oils, sport and balanced diet. I went from dealing with depression and anxiety to learning how to calm my thoughts, to sleep better, to express myself completely – through journaling, meditating, dancing, listening to my intuition and living in the moment…
I figured out what my attachment style, love language, emotional triggers and wounds are. I learned to dive into vulnerability, non-violent communication, to go from being an avoidant then anxious to being secure.
During my solo travels I discovered my spirituality, reiki, sound healing, ecstatic danse, inner dance…
I’ve got to where I am with hard truths, self-doubt, books, deep conversations, journaling exercices and time. I was driven by the need to figure things out and the will to experience anything that came my way.
